Ordnance Survey's OS Sitemap replaces the former Siteplan and offers the defacto planning map product for domestic outline planning and for conveyancing, property location plans and insurance claims.

1:500 Scale - offering 80 by 80 metres of ground coverage and often referred to as a 'block plan', this scale is excellent for showing individual properties clearly. This planning map may be too small to cover some larger properties
1:1250 Scale - offering 200 by 200 metres of ground coverage, this site location plan not only offers the same amount of detail as the 1:500 but also gives a good perspective of the property surroundings, particularly in urban areas.
Please Note: Some properties may be too large to be fully covered by these plans as they are restricted to A4. For a larger area, please call us for a quote.
