1:500 Scale - offering 80 by 80 metres of ground coverage and often referred to as a 'block plan', this scale is excellent for showing individual properties clearly. The plot may be too small to cover some larger properties

1:1250 Scale - offering 200 by 200 metres of ground coverage, this site location plan not only offers the same amount of detail as the 1:500 but also gives a good perspective of the property surroundings, particularly in urban areas.

1:2500 Scale - offering 400 by 400 metres of ground coverage, this site location plan again offers the same amount of detail as both the 1:500 and 1:1250 version but is excellent for providing a wider overview especially for larger properties and rural areas.

Please Note: Some properties may be too large to be fully covered by these plans as they are restricted to A4. For a larger area, opt for the Superplan plot product which offers coverage that can be adjusted to the nearest metre for a variety of scales (the product will be larger than A4).
