This double-sided foldout colour road map provides coverage of the motorway network throughout England, Wales, southern and central Scotland. On one side of the sheet map is coverage of England, Wales and southern and central Scotland at a scale of 11.52 miles to 1 inch, and also includes inset maps of Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool, Glasgow, Leeds and Bradford. On the reverse, London's Orbital Motorway, the M25 is shown at a scale of 1.25 miles to 1 inch and shows motorway service areas, mileages between motorway junctions, road junction names, 'A' and 'B' road routes and other main roads throughout Greater London. Also included are symbols to show the location of major sporting venues. A booklet attached to the cover contains an index to limited interchange motorway junctions, an index for the road map which lists cities, towns, villages and locations, and for the M25 London map there is an index to streets, places and areas, named junctions together with selected tourist information.
